Local Transit
On-request door-to-door service to get you to and from anywhere in Kimberley is available Monday to Friday, except holidays, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Just call toll-free 1-855-417-4636, at least one business day ahead to book your trip (office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. weekdays). If you need to make regularly scheduled trips, call once to let us know the day, time, and place, and the bus will pick you up every time. One-way fare is only $3 and booklets of 10 tickets are available for $27 at Kimberley City Hall.
Route 21 Kimberley/Cranbrook
Perfect for shopping or weekday appointments, this on-request service is available for up to three trips per day Monday to Friday, except holidays, to pick you up in Kimberley and route to Walmart, Tamarack Mall, East Kootenay Regional Hospital and College of the Rockies. Please call toll free 1-855-417-4636, at least one business day ahead to book your trip (office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. weekdays). Route 22 KC Commuter
Leave the driving to us and relax with a coffee and book. This scheduled route is available Monday to Friday, except holidays, with two morning trips and two evening trips to and from Cranbrook. One-way fare is only $3 and booklets of 10 tickets are available for $27 at Kimberley City Hall.
Route 23 Free Winter Shuttle
The Peak to Platzl Winter Shuttle is a free scheduled service between the Kimberley Alpine Resort base area, on-mountain accommodations, Kimberley Nordic Club, and the downtown shops, pubs and restaurants. Service begins Friday, December 27, 2024 with new expanded schedule operating every day including statutory holidays until closing of the ski season, April 6, 2025.
Cranbrook residents can catch the KC Commuter (see Route 22 above or call toll free 1-855-417-4636 for details) on weekdays for only $6 return trip to enjoy a worry free day of fun on the snow!
